Recovery Essences

To be used on the appropriate part of the body, according to need.
Helps to restore centredness, harmony and balanced energy flow.

Physical

Good for bangs, bruises and burns. Helps the process of healing.

Emotional

Good for deep emotional upset, depression, stomach ache and digestive problems (divorce/separation/abuse etc.)

Spiritual

Good for headaches, insomnia, energy blocks in the neck, psychic attack, bad earth energies. For sinus use Physical first followed by Spiritual directly after.

Auric Cleanser

An essence which can be used with water as a spray. Refreshing and uplifting.

Recovery Cream

Should be used as per Physical recovery essence (above), but can be used on grazes, cuts and skin problems. Applied to the local area.

Soothing Light

Use for temporary relief of pain. It's major effect is local and superficial. Can be applied as frequently as needed (these creams do not contain any oils so as to avoid any possibility of irritation in sensitive cases). Applied to the local area.
